To spearhead our technology strategy, we seek an Application Architect to develop and implement innovative solutions for online sports betting and gaming. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable systems with low latency, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement architecture strategy for our business unit, aligning with current and future requirements.
  • Ensure assigned projects adhere to the overall architectural strategy and processes, incorporating end-to-end solutions design and implementation.
  • Lead and participate in architectural reviews of software, infrastructure, data, and other architectures.
  • Verify project implementation, ensuring delivered systems align with agreed architecture and meet requirements.
  • Ensure deployed technology meets current and planned future needs of the business.
  • Verify all IS systems meet processing, storage, and network capacity and performance requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Application/Solutions Architecture for high-volume, low-latency applications in mission-critical systems.
  • Understanding of technologies and frameworks such as Java, SpringBoot, ActiveMQ, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL), JavaScript, CSS, GraphQL.
  • Good understanding of architectural design principles, particularly Micro-service architecture, and IT system environments, operating systems, networking, applications, and databases.
  • Experience working with 3rd party development partners, remote and/or co-located.
