At Software Mansion S.A., we're looking for a talented Software Engineer III to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with experienced engineers.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 PLN per annum, reflecting the level of expertise required for this position.

**About the Role**

We're a tech-focused startup that thrives on innovation and experimentation. As a Software Engineer III, you'll be part of a flat structure where technical decisions are made quickly, and stress is minimized. **Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using various programming languages such as React, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Python, Elixir, or Blockchain technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and contributing to the improvement of our development processes.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An engineering mindset and versatility, with a broad knowledge in the domain of IT.
  • Knowledge of any programming languages we are using, although prior experience is not required if you're eager to learn.
  • A good command of English (daily communication with clients) and Polish (daily communication with our team).
