Enterprise Sales Specialist

At TTEC, we're looking for a skilled Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Krakow. As a Business Development Representative with Romanian-English expertise, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships and establishing new ones by leveraging your consultative selling approach and product knowledge. Your goal will be to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets while working collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, handle objections, and recommend products that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
- Support customers across various industries, including small to medium-sized businesses and C-Level decision-makers, who are looking for cloud-based technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the technology industry to provide informed advice to customers.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- Understanding of cloud-based software and its applications.
- A solution-oriented mindset, comfortable resolving issues before escalating them to the next level.
- Reside in or be able to work from Krakow, Poland.
