About the Role

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Account Lead to join their team in Krakow, Poland.

This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model, offering a competitive salary and a chance to work with a high-profile client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage talent acquisition operations for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment services
  • Develop and maintain TA reporting dashboards to track key metrics and recruitment performance
  • Presentation skills to showcase recruitment strategies, achievements, and forecasts to clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and attend meetings to align on hiring needs and strategies
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance TA service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a leadership or account management role (BPO/Multilingual)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build client decks and represent the TA team
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, preferably within the IT or cloud technology sector
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent English knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • Must be based in Krakow or willing to relocate
