Content Strategist

Certifier is a dynamic 15-person tech startup based in Krakow, focused on developing B2B SaaS solutions for digital credential management. We're seeking an experienced Senior Content Specialist to drive our content strategy and lead the execution of engaging campaigns.

This role involves participating in the development and implementation of a content strategy that generates new traffic, solves users' problems, and engages our current customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure all content aligns with our quality standards and goals.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading content execution: Collaborating with internal teams (designers, developers, know-how owners) and external partners (content writers, video editors) to deliver high-quality content.
• Planning & backlog creation: Participating in the creation of the content calendar, topics backlog, and briefs that align with our goals. This involves communicating with stakeholders, conducting research, and selecting the best topics/ideas for new landing pages, blog posts, visual content, and YouTube videos.
• Analysing results and proposing optimizations: Reviewing, improving, and optimizing published content (for SEO, new traffic generation, product updates, better conversion rates, etc.). You will work with various tools and stakeholders to analyze current results and figure out what we can do better in the next month, quarter, or content piece.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in content creation and content strategy execution
• 2+ years of experience in managing content teams (internal or freelancers, agencies, etc.)
• Industry-level understanding of good practices and resources management in content creation in English
• Strong project management skills, including experience in collaborating with/writing within cross-functional teams (writers, designers, developers, etc.)
• A strong understanding of organic and business growth in a B2B SaaS context is a plus
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented, and small but effective team environment
