Job Title: Senior Specialist Demand Planning Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Demand Planning Expert to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and submitting monthly Demand Forecasts for all products supplied to your assigned portfolio of countries in the Europe East and Israel region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating 36-month forecast plans for dedicated markets within the EEI cluster.
  • Collecting business intelligence from market stakeholders in the 36-month timeframe.
  • Preparing and leading monthly Market Demand Review meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring actions and follow-ups are made accordingly.
  • Improving forecast accuracy of the region consistently and sharing best practices with team colleagues to improve the accuracy of the whole region.
  • Driving dialogue with local Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs stakeholders to meet service level objectives with optimum inventory policy.
  • Identifying gaps between financial plans and statistical forecasts, local demand plans, and resolving where needed.
  • Supporting demand aspects for product launches, new product introduction/deletion governance.
  • Providing demand input to Distribution & Logistics for inventory optimization processes.
  • Coordinating cross-departmental cooperation to enable timely supply and ensure uninterrupted delivery in markets.
  • Supporting the monthly Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) to achieve a 36-month consensus plan in the market, working in coordination with Commercial and Finance teams.
  • Leading collaboration with Commercial Managers and Customer Service to reduce discards.
  • Managing and proactively resolving escalated supply issues.
  • Streamlining and standardizing processes of the demand planning team.
  • Backing up the Demand Planning Manager EEI and other Demand Planners when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP and/or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 solid years of demand planning expertise, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Microsoft Office expertise, with advanced Excel skills a must.
  • Advanced Power BI skills are a must.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience, with proven ability to build, develop, and maintain productive relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills with ability to effectively speak with senior management.
  • Planning ERP systems awareness, with SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Able to cope with high-pressure environment and sustain it.
  • Team player capable of working independently.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
