Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Vulnerability Remediation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing remediation of open security vulnerabilities and patching utilizing tools like SCCM, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, and Tanium. You will also work closely with product owners on application architecture and security vulnerabilities, perform on-demand vulnerability scanning, and automate remediation and patching processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vulnerability Management: Identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities in our systems and applications
  • Patching and Remediation: Plan and implement patching and remediation using automated tools and scripts
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk associated with security vulnerabilities
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address security concerns and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need Linux and Windows administration/troubleshooting experience, Bash scripting skills, and knowledge of MS-SQL, ORA, and PG databases. You should also have security vulnerability remediation experience and patching skills.
