Key Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist in P&G GILLETTE, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver business and organizational priorities through engagement, transformation, and operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare personnel documentation and inputs, including new hires contracts and annexes, medical check-ups, and managing personal files.
  • Manage personal files, update data in the Time & Attendance system, and respond to employee queries regarding absences, personal details changes, and benefits.
  • Cooperate with Team Managers and the HR Team to deliver business support in the field of labor law, solutions, and HR tools.
  • Prepare inputs and cooperate with the payroll provider, and ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly employee's data.
  • Prepare various reports, analysis, and statements related to HR administration, and handle and use HR tools, resources, and technologies to build the path towards embracing organizational strategies.
  • Support Site Human Resource Systems and Processes to ensure that the needs of the business and employees are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a similar role or scope, preferably in a global organization, and be able to use HR systems, databases, and spreadsheets. You should also have strong operational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent administrative skills. Proficient English and MS Office working knowledge are also essential.
