Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term supply chain plans to meet customer demand and ensure inventory levels are at or below target levels.
  • Collaborate with plant operations, suppliers, and demand to ensure a smooth flow of information and operational execution.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction.
  • Perform root-cause analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning.
  • Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans using system tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service & Logistics area, preferably in production planning.
  • Experience in FMCG environment, preferably food or other fast-moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams and improve the plan.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP & MS Excel.
