We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Growbots. This role requires a unique blend of excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical knowledge.
You will be working with a talented team that prioritizes customer happiness. Your future responsibilities will include providing top-notch support to clients through live chat and calls, building strong relationships, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Fluent English language skills (at least C1 level).
