Purpose of the Position

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of MacGregor products.

  • Carry out repair and maintenance work on MacGregor equipment, ensuring all activities comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS), QHSE, and other relevant standards.
  • Supervise and perform service activities, including overhauls, inspections, and preventative maintenance, on MacGregor and equivalent equipment.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers, providing information and writing reports as required.

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant developments, routines, processes, and news within MacGregor and major customers active in the business area.

  • Make decisions about commercial matters within prescribed limits for each project, previously agreed with the Operations Superintendent.
