Job Summary:

As a Service Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT Service Integration and Portfolio projects, utilizing agile and iterative project methodologies. You will support the IT Service Integration PMO function in providing comprehensive and professional program and project management services to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from Initiate to Close, driving on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, determine communication plans, and develop project schedules.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, and issues, including escalations.
  • Create project status reports and ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials and management principles.
  • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow domains and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and assess and mitigate risk.
