We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Representative with Arabic-English fluency to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building relationships with customers, and providing top-notch service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital sales, working with commercial, public sector, or consumer customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and strategizing account management and upselling opportunities
  • Contacting existing customers for consultations
  • Working in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contributing to a larger sales team's success
  • Problem-solving and consulting with clients to provide tailored advertising solutions
  • Navigating clients through Google Ads to implement campaign suggestions
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue
What We Offer

As a Digital Sales Representative with TTEC, you can expect:

  • A base wage of 6800 PLN per month
  • Three paid Sundays (1000-1300 PLN gross Sunday allowance per month)
  • Quarterly performance-based commission
  • Anniversary bonus
  • Generous relocation package of 2000 PLN net

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Sales aptitude
  • Goal orientation
  • Computer savvy
  • Residency in or ability to relocate to the Krakow area
