About the Role

This Senior Technical Accounting Administrator position is part of our Commercial Risk department in Cracow, Poland. The role will focus on back-office operations, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness in finance activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Verify information from insurers against system records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Perform calculations using available system information to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze booking differences, brokerage, and commission discrepancies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage intercompany payments, reconciliation, collection, and other tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with local teams to meet service level agreements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement changes to tools and documentations to support effective service delivery.
  • Transition processing scope to newly built teams while maintaining quality standards.
  • Track and report metrics/performance on various business situations/projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • English and Italian language proficiency at least at B2 level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze data and check its accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and integrity in work.
  • Effective communication skills with upper-level management and external customers.
  • Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Cracow, Poland, and offers a competitive salary of approximately 45,000 - 55,000 PLN ( Polish Zloty) per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
