Sales Representative with Russian-English Expertise in Krakow

As a Sales Representative at TTEC, you'll be part of creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on building long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities, you'll cultivate existing customer connections while establishing new ones.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment. You'll deliver amazing customer service, negotiate with brand knowledge, and close sales while handling objections and rebuttals during customer interactions.

You'll have the opportunity to develop partnerships and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess their needs. Your understanding of cloud-based software and exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Russian and English will be invaluable assets in this role.

We're looking for someone with 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience who is comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level. If you're solution-oriented, reside in or are able to relocate to the Krakow area, and possess a base salary expectation of approximately 5500 PLN gross plus quarterly performance-based commission, we'd love to hear from you.
