Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire 3rd party engagement process, ensuring seamless integration with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Manage resource-related activities, including role allocation, creation, and status reporting, to align with strategic objectives.
  • Support cloud-related activities from a Business Management perspective, driving effective resource utilization and supply chain management.
  • Investigate workforce-related queries, providing expert guidance and support to teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational, workforce, planning, or financial management roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Knowledge of workforce management processes and governance, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with IT financial concepts, including CTB/RTB, direct costs, and charges, with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
