We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team at Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing remote connections and learning new skills.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows client systems to ensure smooth operation and user support.
  • Participate in meetings and technical presentations for clients.
  • Create solution concepts for clients based on available technologies and services.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops, webinars, and trainings for potential contractors.
  • Travel to clients' offices a few times a week.
Requirements:
  • Administrative support and remote connection management.
  • Windows client systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Participation in meetings and technical presentations.
  • Creating solution concepts for clients.
  • Preparing and conducting workshops, webinars, and trainings.
  • Traveling to clients' offices.
