Job Summary

Andersen is seeking an experienced Golang Developer to work on a large-scale project for a leading international passenger and cargo transportation service.

The project involves launching the client’s product into the Egyptian market, requiring meticulous engagement of carriers and integration with local providers and the client’s internal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve the functionality of back-end services.
  • Conduct code reviews, write integration and unit tests.
  • Optimize data warehouses and reporting processes for large volumes.
  • Modify the use of queues.
  • Develop tools to save costs on external APIs.
  • Develop solutions specific to application use case countries.
  • Participate in system design and architectural decisions with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Golang Developer for 3+ years.
  • Experience in developing and designing applications on microservice architecture.
  • Experience working with high-load systems.
  • Experience with MySQL, Redis.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK).
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing APIs (Rest, GRPC).
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of build and deployment automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Kafka, Nuts standards protocol.
  • Interest in new technologies, tools for automating development processes.
  • Responsibility, the desire to work in a team and develop.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

  • Experience with AWS.
