About the Role:
Seeking an experienced sales professional to identify and engage customer prospects seeking dedicated teams for winning digital products. You will provide comprehensive solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and develop relationships with C-level executives in targeted markets and sectors
- Build, grow, maintain, and utilize your network of contacts within the industry to generate new business
- Meet sales targets in revenue and profitability
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and closing process, acting as the single point of contact (POC)
- E nsure timely delivery of our customers' orders with the required talent
- Forecast business and manage the gap between forecast and target
- Maintain high visibility and communication with the customer to ensure exceptional customer service
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
- Experience in selling IT outstaffing/bodyleasing services is mandatory
- 4+ years of progressive experience in sales, consulting, and/or the resources industry, where you have developed relevant expertise through consulting engagements focused on finance, energy, or utilities
- Recent experience selling dedicated teams, staff augmentation services
- A proven track record of achieving annual sales of at least $2 million
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrated ability to close deals ranging from $250K to $5M+
- Proficiency in managing all sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and account activity in CRM
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Ability to travel as required
