We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our Digital & Technology Team (D&T) at Heineken Global Shared Services Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making Heineken the most connected brewery by digitalizing and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • System Administration: Administer and manage the OpenText Document Management system, including configuration, updates, and performance tuning.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert support for OpenText Document Management users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and offering solutions.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of OpenText Document Management solutions within the organization.
  • Customization and Optimization: Customize and optimize OpenText Document Management features to meet specific business requirements and improve user experience.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that the document management system complies with industry standards and regulations, including data protection and security.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring: Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain system integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand document management needs, provide solutions, and support business processes.
  • Project Participation: Participate in technology projects related to document management, including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • Higher Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven work experience in OpenText Document Management systems and having knowledge or work experience in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Deep Knowledge: Deep knowledge of OpenText Document Management functionalities, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Document Management Best Practices: A strong understanding of document management best practices and industry standards.
  • System Integration and Customization: Experience with system integration and customization.
  • Database Management and Security: Proficiency in database management and system security practices.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications (Optional): OpenText certifications or related credentials in document management systems.
  • Agile Environment: Experience with working in an Agile environment.
  • Teamwork: Experience working in teams: You are a team player, and you are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
  • Stakeholder Understanding: Experience in identifying and understanding multiple stakeholder perspectives and 'truths' and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
  • Fluency in English
