Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shipment Specialist to join our team at Dürr Group Services sp. z o.o.

• Procure and evaluate transportation offers for national and international shipments;
• Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and manage logistics;
• Monitor the timely and proper processing of orders, ensuring seamless delivery;
• Provide shipping documents and customs clearance, as well as maintain accurate records;
• Manage invoices and goods booking in SAP, ensuring accurate financial reporting;
• Administer VAT certificates and monitor forwarding invoices;
• Manage waybills and handle return logistics for parts;
• Transfer machines from SAP to our export program.

• Completed professional training as an industrial clerk or equivalent qualification;
• Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customs, export, and import procedures;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a customer-oriented approach;
• Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week).
