Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be working in a dynamic environment created by open-minded people who thrive on new challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns that support business development activities in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

You will also work closely with the business development team to support client engagement and relationship management activities.

A key aspect of this role is the management of conference calendars and promotional activities for the business development team.

Additionally, you will develop and implement comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Organic Social, and Website Optimization.

You will measure digital traffic, monitor social media, and Google Analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will also include website content management and continuous optimization, as well as monitoring budget spend and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns supporting business development activities
  • Work closely with the business development team to support client engagement and relationship management
  • Manage conference calendars and promotional activities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Measure digital traffic, monitor social media, and Google Analytics
  • Manage website content and optimize continuously
  • Monitor budget spend and efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Education: University/college degree or relevant industry/marketing experience

Experience: Proven work experience in digital marketing or similar role

Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques; proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS)

Understanding of SEO principles, ability to implement and adjust non-technical part of SEO based on available analytics

Working knowledge of Hubspot is an advantage

Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns

Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

Attention to detail

Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
