About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and Danish language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Utilize CRM platform to document customer interactions and updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve internal processes and deliverables.
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • C2 proficiency in Danish and C1 proficiency in English.
  • Proactive and empathetic approach, with ability to support premium clients.
  • Strong prioritizing and planning skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
