About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Goldman Recruitment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with a diverse team to provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, and online platforms.
  • Database Management: Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • IT Support: Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
  • Innovation: Develop and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
  • Cross-Departmental Projects: Engage in cross-departmental projects, contributing beyond the scope of regular duties.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Communicative English (minimum B2), proficiency in Czech (C1) - mandatory, and one of German, Bulgarian, or Croatian (C1) - mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiastic and communicative approach, willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities, and strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
