Business Expert Manager

What this role is about?

As a Business Expert Manager at JTI, you will be responsible for implementing major functional projects and initiatives. With expertise in business processes and system functionalities, you will provide consultancy to Business Technology Service teams and business stakeholders, driving innovation and solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and determine innovation paths.
  • Drive the implementation of approved projects, including new system functionality and business process redesign.
  • Act as a senior business consultant, providing expertise on business processes and system functionality.
  • Provide estimation on costs, project resources planning, and timelines.
  • Manage functional activities, including blueprinting, design, and testing.
  • Investigate and bring forward new functionality to deliver added value to the business.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis applications environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP FI S4, BW, BPC, and SAC in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Business experience in related areas is required.
  • Proven experience in bringing innovation to the business, external insights, and new technologies.
  • Strong people management experience and leadership abilities.
