Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Ambassador to join our Core Diagnostics Division in Central Poland, responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, improving customer relationships, and driving profitability.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing and expanding existing accounts, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the diagnostic or medical devices industry. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify and drive resolution of issues, and provide excellent communication skills is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full revenue responsibility for $2-4MM USD, including forecasting and target performance achievement.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing first-line application support and troubleshooting.
- Manage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
- Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation teams post-sale with project managers.
- Success in this role is measured by service level achievement, economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate, and managed revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in biomedical or commercial fields.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages advantageous.
- Candidates must be willing to travel frequently, approximately three days per week.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
