Global Contracting & Sourcing Manager

Haleon is a world-leading consumer health company that is shaping the future of everyday health. As a Global Contracting & Sourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving the company's global portfolio of category-leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contracting solutions to facilitate faster delivery for OTC business owners.
  • Establish and execute the Skin Health innovation procurement strategy.
  • Manage global supplier enabling innovation tools to engage suppliers and accelerate innovation.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Science, or related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience in delivery of quality, compliant, timely, well-specified agreements.
  • Experience in product development.
  • 3+ years of Procurement and contracting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Other foreign language capability.
  • Experience of working in multinational company.
  • Flexibility in learning new competencies on-job in procurement environment.
