Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant Team Lead to join our Central Europe CDP team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing early career professionals in Hungary and Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 10+ Associate Consultants delivering high-quality IT consulting services through post-implementation projects
  • Attract, recruit, hire, and onboard fresh graduate talent into Veeva Services Consultant roles aligned with our hiring process
  • Develop and execute innovative onboarding programs for new Associate Consultants, supplementing on-the-job learning
  • Implement effective mentoring and career pathing for Associate Consultants
  • Own performance management of your team, ensuring success on projects, core consulting skills development, and integration into future services practices upon promotion
  • Foster strong relationships with broader Veeva Professional Services and Generation Veeva teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership or management positions
  • Strong interviewing, hiring, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with direct reports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand individual needs and provide solutions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both early-career contributors and senior leadership
  • Desire to work in an intense, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to commute to your office, collaborate with your direct team, and build relationships with broader Professional Services teams
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for key internal meetings and team trainings
  • Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience leading early career development programs, IT services/consulting teams in the Life Sciences industry, or business coaching would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including allocations for continuous learning and development, health and wellness programs, and more.
