Job Title: Sales Director Baltics

Barry Callebaut is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our business in the Baltics region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a sustainable business model, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Baltics region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a multinational FMCG company.
  • Strong commercial skills, including presenting, discussing, and negotiating.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving business growth.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 30%).
