Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver the Service Excellence Program, focusing on enhancing customer service skills and creating a culture of exceptional service.
  • Develop and deliver engaging seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
  • Work closely with managers to identify training needs across various departments and teams.
  • Support new hires during their onboarding process.
  • Maintain attendance records and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Lean Expert to conduct Lean trainings and workshops.
  • Prepare educational content, such as module summaries, videos, and other resources.
  • Create effective training programs that align with business goals and enhance employee skills.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in business optimization or service excellence as a trainer.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (minimum C1 level).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
  • Strong communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challenges.
  • A sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.
