About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Nowa Sól, supporting a clinical research study and maintaining a safe study environment.

This part-time role (20 hours per week) will last until April 2025. As a pivotal member of the site team, you will be involved with various administrative tasks to support the clinical trial team and ensure smooth running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date study protocols, case report forms, Electronic Data Capture systems, and other study documents.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical activity for study procedures according to the study protocol.
  • Data entry, data quality checking, and query resolution to ensure adherence to study protocol and quality control.
  • Assist in study enrollment by recruiting, screening, and orienting volunteers according to the study protocol.
  • Correct custody of study drug according to site standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with study monitor on study issues and effectively respond to monitor-initiated questions.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in life sciences or equivalent and/or relevant work experience in a clinical environment or medical setting.
  • Good knowledge of clinical trials and in-depth knowledge of departmental, protocol, and study-specific operating procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong IT competence, skilled in using MS Windows and Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent Polish with good English language skills.
