Industrial Operations Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the assembly line team to achieve production and quality goals.

• Monitor attendance and performance of operators
• Train and coach new operators
• Assign tasks based on operator versatility
• Verify pre-shift meeting and ensure line conditions are met
• Manage set-up approval and resolve any issues
• Communicate daily production schedules to operators
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
• Assist as an operator if needed due to absenteeism
• Monitor hourly production results and address any issues
• Manage materials administration and usage
• Train and coach operators, perform audits, and update skills matrix
• Fill out production reports
• Maintain a safe and organized workplace at shift end
• Ensure quality and quantity targets are met
• Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics and ISMS guidelines
• Lead the team, promoting effectiveness, development, and motivation, while fostering Ficosa's values
