Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Python Developera z pasją do rozwoju w obszarze AI. W tej roli staniesz się kluczowym członkiem naszego zespołu technicznego. Będziesz odpowiedzialny za projektowanie, tworzenie i optymalizację zaawansowanych rozwiązań AI, wykorzystując swoje bogate doświadczenie w Pythonie oraz chęć zgłębiania najnowszych technologii sztucznej inteligencji.

Czym będziesz się zajmować
  • Programowanie w środowisku Linux, efektywne pisanie i debugowanie kodu w Pythonie.
  • Tworzenie i optymalizacja modeli AI, w tym text-to-text, text-to-audio, text-to-image, analiza szeregów czasowych i inne.
  • Rozwój i utrzymanie istniejących systemów oraz analiza różnych typów danych.
  • Współpraca z zespołami produktowymi w celu określenia kierunku technicznego i zapewnienia skalowalności, niezawodności i wydajności rozwiązań.
  • Mentoring i wsparcie techniczne dla mniej doświadczonych członków zespołu.
  • Stopniowe przejmowanie odpowiedzialności za koordynację pracy małego zespołu deweloperów.
Czego oczekujemy
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w programowaniu w Pythonie, z biegłością w implementacji OOP.
  • Solidna znajomość bibliotek takich jak NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow oraz innych związanych z analizą danych i uczeniem maszynowym.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z real-time data feeds i API.
  • Biegłość w pracy z bazami danych (relacyjnymi i nierelacyjnymi), w tym PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z konteneryzacją (Docker).
  • Otwartość na częste zmiany ścieżek i niestandardowe rozwiązania.
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku Linux, obsługa terminala oraz wykonywanie operacji na poziomie systemowym.
  • Zdolności komunikacyjne i gotowość do dzielenia się wiedzą z zespołem.
  • Znajomość narzędzi Big Data (np. Apache Spark, Hadoop) będzie dodatkowym atutem.

  • Wcześniejsze doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami lub koordynacji pracy zespołu.
