Strategic HR Leadership

Drive the strategic vision for HR Operations & Payroll in the EMEA region, aligning your team's goals with the broader global HR strategy. Ensure regional initiatives support global objectives, contributing to the overall success of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize HR processes across tools and technologies, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Global Collaboration: Implement worldwide initiatives and projects on a regional level, working closely with global counterparts to ensure consistency and excellence across all HR operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners, key customers, and Krakow site leadership team, understanding service needs and business expectations.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, from process standardization to technology optimization, inspiring confidence in our services and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee HR service delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SOX, and tracking performance using KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements

A strong leader with experience in HR service delivery and payroll management at the regional level. Proven track record of optimizing processes and implementing change in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.

Experience in a multinational environment, with a collaborative approach to working with global teams. Strong understanding of European employment law and payroll models.

Passion for driving change and a natural communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and inspire confidence in HR services.

Strong technical expertise in HR systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow, and adept at leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and drive efficiency.
