As a Sales Development Representative at Worldline, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on generating new qualified business opportunities for the company through proactive lead follow-up and outbound sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
  • Rout qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Track progress towards meeting goals and report to Managers.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Requirements:



  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
