Job Title: Content Reviewer with Slovenian Language Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Reviewer with expertise in the Slovenian language to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing user reports regarding website content, analyzing and identifying content that is not in compliance with requirements, and flagging it for action in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review user reports regarding website content and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
  • Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
  • Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community
  • Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Slovenian language on at least B2/C1 level
  • Communicative level of English
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
