Investment Performance Specialist

As a Performance & Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in providing core performance measurement and attribution services to support our clients' investment decisions. Your responsibility will include auditing and ensuring the integrity of calculated results through accounting data comparisons and market reasonability checks, researching and resolving data validation differences, and elevating system issues. Additionally, you will work with accounting counterparts and other support groups to produce and ensure the integrity of standard performance reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough portfolio and composite investment performance result analyses through a two-step audit: data reconciliation (accounting to performance data) and data validation (return reasonability review)

• Collaborate with external clients and supporting departments to obtain key inputs for service delivery (Market Data; Accounting, IT etc.)

• Prepare Standard and Custom Client Reporting for Performance Measurement and/or Attribution

• Maintain Quality Control Documentation explaining return outliers and custom client activity

• Participate in new platform testing & automation initiatives and assigned projects

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of performance measurement calculations and standards

• Strong understanding of financial services, securities industry and capital markets

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Continuous improvement and innovation positive attitude

• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work towards deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook (VBA, SQL an advantage)

• Advanced English

• 3+ years of experience in an Investment Performance (preferred) and/or a related field
