Job Title: Head of EMEA Supply Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our EMEA Supply Planning team. As a key member of our global supply chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to meet product demand, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead cross-functional global operational processes for supply planning.
  • Scenario plan operational plans to meet product demand, production capacity, schedules, and inventory.
  • Develop raw materials requirement plans, inventory policies, and operational schedules.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities within the supply planning field and introduce innovative concepts, solutions, and technologies.
  • Maintain supply chain metrics for supply operations, review trends, and determine root cause and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and functional partners to develop conceptual supply planning concepts.
  • Analyze data and trends to determine factors affecting prices and identify the lowest cost consistent with quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Demand Planning, FP&A, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Implement innovative supply planning tools and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure high engagement and adherence to the Global Supply Chain process.
  • Ensure a bachelor's degree in supply chain, statistical analysis, engineering, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain planning experience in international and matrix environments.
  • Excellent hands-on product supply planning experience in a multiple-plant manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of advanced planning systems, ERP systems, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of the principles of Lean and Six Sigma applied to Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in leading and developing the supply planning process.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across functional, geographical, and cultural boundaries.
  • Ready to travel regularly, up to 40% of the time.
