About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and promote products to increase sales
Requirements
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B1/B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Willingness to work in shifts (5 days a week, 40 hours)
