Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Supply Chain Operations team at WNS Global Services. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our system, including order placement, invoice registration, cost invoice posting, and contractor setup.

• Accounting and Financial Management: Provide accurate and timely financial management support to the supply chain operations team, including preparation of monthly reports and analysis of financial data.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers through email and telephone communication, delivering timely and relevant solutions to queries.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the quality of new tools and solutions.
• SLA Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of service level agreements (SLAs), working closely with the operations team to identify and address any issues.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in client/helpdesk/AP processes.
• Language Skills: Fluent German (B2) and communicative English (B1).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, prioritization, communication, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Office.
