GROHE Seeks HRIS Administrator


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to join our team in Germany. As an HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of personnel records, and communicating with various departments to maintain up-to-date information.

Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Data entry and management: Enter and maintain employee data in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage transfers and promotions: Update records in the HR system SuccessFactors for internal transfers and promotions.
  • Document terminations: Record employee terminations, including termination dates and other relevant information.
  • Communication and collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure all personnel data is accurate and up-to-date.

Your Profile:


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in human resources.
  • Initial work experience in data entry or human resources is advantageous.
  • A careful and accurate way of working, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Experience using HR software like SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Business-fluent language skills in German and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
