We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to collaborate with our team on international projects, working with both small and medium-sized businesses and enterprises. As a Consultant at Cloudity, we encourage you to develop your role and specialize in the Salesforce platform. Fluency in English is required, but additional languages are a valuable asset.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated Salesforce Consultant who can work independently on implementation projects. Our headquarters is located in Warsaw, making it an ideal location for those residing in or near the area.

Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities

  • Participate in implementation projects, from analysis to implementation, training, and system commissioning.
  • Analyze customer needs and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design system functionalities according to business requirements.
  • Configure solutions and automate processes using Salesforce tools.
  • Provide training for the client's team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Our Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience with the Salesforce platform as a Business Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant).
  • A history of working with clients.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written).
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build new contacts.
  • Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality, and good work organization.
