Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in southeast Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving further industrial business growth of tesa, focusing on commercializing innovative & sustainable solutions.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with our sales team in Poland & Baltics, marketing team, and other European colleagues to succeed in this role. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Increasing sales and market share with assigned customers, prioritizing Key Accounts
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, building mutual trust to achieve company targets
  • Identifying new market opportunities and successfully commercializing them by actively working on project-based potentials
  • Driving strategic business development at Trade Partners and big industrial manufacturers in Poland
  • Providing regular feedback on market needs and new opportunities, identifying gaps, and acquiring new customers
  • Managing projects, requests, and claims, maintaining accurate customer & project data within the CRM system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in an international environment, preferably with experience working with industrial distributors
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships across different levels at complex organizations
  • A strong negotiating ability to develop business and find optimal solutions for all parties
  • High self-motivation and a proactive approach
  • Natural openness and agility in your work approach
  • A strong digital mindset and capabilities, including proficiency in Office applications
  • Proficiency in Polish and excellent English language and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
Preferred Location

The preferred location due to customer assignments is the southeast part of Poland.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
