Silvermine is a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes innovation and sustainability in the digital advertising industry. We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, driving automation, scalability, and reliability for our cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role:

  • We're looking for a skilled professional to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes in a multi-region, multi-account setup.
  • The ideal candidate will implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring well-documented and reliable deployments.
  • You'll develop and support CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated workflows.
  • We need someone who can improve system visibility by implementing robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
  • Collaboration across teams is key, so you'll work closely with others to propose, document, and refine solutions before implementation.
  • Incorporating security considerations into system design and proactively managing incidents in cloud environments are essential skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to ensure clarity and collaboration within a multilingual environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in AWS, with experience in multi-region, multi-account organizations.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and orchestrating containerized environments.
  • A solid understanding of Terraform and experience in automating infrastructure deployments.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
  • Experience with security best practices and implementing secure cloud solutions.
  • Experience implementing and supporting monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Bonus Requirements:

Knowledge of GCP and its services.Experience with Elastic Stack configurations.Advanced Python scripting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
