Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist for the Nordics region will collaborate with the Sales Development & Efficiency team to empower the global sales force and drive business growth. This role will drive sales success by providing vital data, insights, and tools to the Nordics sales team.

Working closely with the Nordics Head of Sales and the Poland/HQ-based Sales Operations Team Manager, the Sales Enablement Specialist will assist in various capacities, including preparing and analyzing data, presenting insights, and conducting market and prospect-based research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Nordics Head of Sales and sales team in various capacities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations.
  • Conduct market and prospect-based research.
  • Develop and enhance existing sales tools.
  • Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program.

Requirements

  • Sales-enablement experience encompassing sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, and research.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly.
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with the capability to manage priorities.
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs, paired with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred.
