We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate with Multilingual Skills to join our team at Goldman Recruitment. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support to clients in various languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Use available resources to address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions.
  • Process customer requests and update databases regularly to ensure data accuracy.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and mandatory proficiency in Czech (C1 level).
  • Fluent level (C1) in one of the following languages: German, Bulgarian, or Croatian.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
