Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Guardian Industries. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to business
  • Develop trustful relationships with clients to ensure continued Guardian supplier relations
  • Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer account enquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner in close collaboration with the Order Fulfillment Team
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify value-added business opportunities
  • Establish mutual beneficial outcomes in client relationships through service activities, all in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products, ensuring customers receive maximum benefits offered by the business

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience within an Inside Sales or Customer Service role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Must be proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented
  • Good PC skills in MS Office
  • Ability to effectively question or challenge the status quo
