This Role

The Compliance Support Team provides world-class customer service for all our clients.

To meet this commitment, we deliver prompt and courteous responses along with detailed customer support that solves issues on the first contact.

The Compliance Support Team combines in-depth PCI knowledge with a customer-first and empathetic approach, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded on every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to all customer service requirements as agreed with telephone services
  • Aiming to resolve all queries on a first-call resolution basis
  • Clients' Engagement and Experience
  • Ability to interact with customers on a personal level
  • Communicating clearly and effectively during all calls
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences at every customer touchpoint

Qualifications

  • You have a great level of English (minimum B2/C1) as well as minimum secondary education
  • Excellent communication skills in English in both verbal and written forms
  • Prior experience in customer service - ideally in a Contact Center or retail environment would be beneficial
  • Ability to work flexible shifts while displaying impeccable schedule adherence
  • A team player with a positive outlook and a passion for customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent computing skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in Cyber Security and IT fields is a plus

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
