We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Advisor to join our Global Customer Success Team. This role will work closely with Sales to achieve revenue and retention targets, providing exceptional customer support and consultative selling.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting local Sales teams in developing and retaining Pearson business across various products and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customer success plans to drive value and retention.
  • Providing product support and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborating with Sales teams to identify new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services.
  • Maintaining regular contact with stakeholders and key contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
