Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at RISK. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Report Creation: Develop and maintain insightful Tableau reports and dashboards tailored to business needs, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Proactively search for trends and patterns in complex datasets, identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic development.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of different strategies, optimizing results to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • Over 1.5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, delivering high-quality insights and supporting business decisions.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, as well as expertise in Tableau (or Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable recommendations.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with Python, especially the Pandas library, for data wrangling and automating repetitive analysis tasks.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and basic statistical analysis techniques.
  • B2 English proficiency, enabling clear and effective communication in international environments.
